Scope and Contents

This collection consists of conductor's scores, Young's personal library of LPs, awards and memorabilia, sheet music, press clippings, correspondence, and photographs of Victor Young. It provides a portrait of Victor Young's career through his publications and the recognition he received. The collection does not contain a great deal of personal and professional correspondence. Digitized copies of many of the LPs are available for use in the department.
