Scope and Contents
The files in this collection were created from 1940 to 1990, with the bulk dating from 1946 to 1969. The materials concern the activities of the Sachar presidential administration at Brandeis University. Materials include correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, reports, notes, and publicity. The bulk of the collection documents Sachar's communications with members of the Brandeis faculty and staff, alumni, donors, and students. There is also a significant amount of material concerning administrative affairs and academic matters at Brandeis.
