Scope and Contents

Files in this collection were created from 1948 through 2007. Materials include memos, certificates, brochures and other publications, and memorabilia. Subjects covered by the files include alumni services, information on regional alumni associations, alumni achievement awards, publications on alumni and university activities, and information on reunions. Also included are materials from the university's first (and subsequent) 50th reunion celebrations. The Office of Alumni Relations works with the alumni of the University in fundraising, admissions and career development. The office also plans class reunions. The office is overseen by the Senior Vice-President for Development and Alumni Relations who reports directly to the President of the University.

Series 1, 2, and 5 are organized by subseries, then alphabetically; series 4 and 7 are organized alphabetically; series 3,6, and 8 are organized chronologically; series 9 is in original order.
