This series includes materials used, created, and collected by Fuchs during his tenures as head of the Peace Corps in the Phillipines and with the Commonwealth Service Corps in Massachusetts. The majority of these materials concern Peace Corps Volunteers (PCVs) and Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs), and include articles, reports, and speeches written by Fuchs and others.
