Matthew P. Lawson (b.10/2059) currently works as the Principal Planner of Transportation at County of Mercer, New Jersey. Lawson received his undergraduate and master degrees in anthropology. He received his PhD in Sociology from Princeton University. From 1995-1997, he was a Visiting Assitant Professor at Williams College before coming to Brandeis University as a visiting professor in the Sociology Department. He has taught at The College of New Jersey, focusing on research methods, social theory and community based research.
